Tilly-Rose Not just a bear but a "piece" incorporating Tilly-Rose.  I think this little piece would look wonderful on a dressing table or hall stand.

Firstly, the bear - Tilly-Rose is made from a light butter coloured sparse mohair.  She has black glass eyes which have been enhanced with a little gentle airbrushing and a black perle hand stitched nose and mouth.  She is loosely (not wobble) jointed and measures 9 inches or 23 cms.  She has a little rusty heart on a fine piece of card around her neck and a stained bow of cotton lace around her head.  She has been stuffed with wool and glass beads.

The box Tilly-Rose sits in his wooden and is hinged.  It's oval shaped and a nice piece.  I've glued a vintage corsage inside the top and Tilly-Rose sits on an old doily with her little bear friend (not hand made) which has been aged and has a matching neck tie, a wooden block with a painted golly on it, some old pearls and a coffee-dyed satin glove. Tilly-Rose has a Rag Tag Teddies button on her bottom and comes with a laminated swing tag with her photograph and credentials, together with a Certificate of Authenticity
