Rag Tag Teddies, The Story.

Tasmania is a wonderful place to live and make bears. My home is in West Hobart and I am very close to the Capital City and harbour. I've been making bears for over 8 years now and Rag Tag Teddies have found homes all around Australia, as well as the United Kingdom, Singapore, Canada, France, Norway, Switzerland, New Zealand and USA. My family (husband Mick and Son, Sam - aged 18) enjoy travel and we have been lucky enough to combine a trip to California with the opportunity to trade at Linda Mullin's Show in San Diego. What a wonderful time we had!

I have been profiled in Bear Creations (an Australian magazine) and several of my bears and their patterns have been featured in subsequent editions.

I have also written articles for Bear Creations about other Tasmanian artists and collections. I have made many friends through my bear sales and I think that is one of the most rewarding aspects of being a Bear Artist.
